On this podcast, Maanda Tshifularo interviewed a phenomenal leader! Sihle Mdluli! She is an associate director at Deloitte Consulting, a senior leader at her church -Let’s Go To Glory Worship Centre. She holds an MBA from Wits Business School and for her undergraduate she studied Metallurgical Engineering at Wits.

She shared insights from her leadership journey, especially succeeding in a male dominated environment (reflecting on her 7 years at De Beers), how she manages to do everything given her demanding consulting job. Sihle is happily married with beautiful two children. So in her consulting role, Sihle and her team help companies with strategy, operational improvement and innovation.
