This can be likened to different people watching a football match but have different understanding of the game. People might be looking at the same thing, but will usually observe it from different perspectives.

Launch does not happen just like that. Launch has to be preceded with a plan and commitment to sustained hard work for a well defined period. The most important reason why so many start ups fail is lack of perseverance, creativity and concerted effort.

Entrepreneurship has always been the occupation that everyone undoubtedly aspires to be engaged in. In fact, lots of obstacles must be dealt with on the way of becoming a successful entrepreneur. If you’re unable to sacrifice something and put the dearest things to you at stake, you will hardly ever be able to achieve the goal and become an entrepreneur. Certainly, one may take entrepreneur training courses. However, courses only are far from being enough in order to turn a person without any entrepreneurial traits into an inventive and risky one. By means of effective entrepreneur training you can only cultivate the abilities that you have and in no way create those which you do not possess.

In our investment in entrepreneurship development, a lot is put into this development, yet it seems like things are stagnant or event getting wrong. According to Dr Roche, he believed that innovation is the answer to this problem of unfruitful entrepreneurship development and lack of creativity. This innovation is categorized under three concepts.

Sustaining innovation

This innovation sustains the current innovation that we have. This is described as a form of upgrade or improvement on already present product or business. This kind of innovation does not create new markets; neither does it create new customer needs. It is only meant to sustain the one it already has.

Disruptive innovation

This kind of innovation is the type of innovation where new markers are created. This innovation is one in which new people can get into and also utilize and benefit from. This form of innovation improves;

  1. Competitiveness
  2. Profit maximization

Catalytic innovation

This is similar to disruptive innovation; however it focuses on social change. This form of innovation can be characterized by five different qualities

  1. Create social change with a scalable and suitable model
  2. Save and meet relevant needs
  3. Your catalytic innovation should be affordable, accessible and qualitative
  4. You should be able to generate resources
  5. This kind of innovation are looked upon by existing players

Entrepreneurship demands complete devotedness of time. An entrepreneur should be a very patient person able to wait till his efforts bring any results. Even temperedness is half the battle in business activity. You must be able to put yourself together in case if your business fails and when no hopes for its resurrection are left. Entrepreneurs are undoubtedly inventive people who generate the idea after idea. It means that when something goes wrong the entrepreneur will end the previous business and start a new one without any mental torment.

A successful entrepreneur will always find the way out of any intricate situation which will seem to any other person completely hopeless. We live in the age of constantly appearing technological innovations that give the inventive people the opportunity to apply their skills and knowledge in the right sphere of activity.

Most important issue for a business to grow and prosper is patience. Sometimes fruits of hard work may take lesser than expected time and the other hand it may take more than the expected period. Whatever it may be one has to remain focused and should not lose heart. Success is bound to touch your feet if you have been constantly striving for it.

Another important issue which accounts for business failures is lack of focus. If a business owner is distracted by too many things and is not devoting his complete energy and mind in to his business, the writing is very much on the wall. Too many cooks can spoil the broth. Attention of business owner on more than one venture at a time when the venture needs their owner full time will not help in furthering the business. Opportunities will always be there but business owner has to keep his or her antenna on and be on alert to grab the opportunities with both hands.
